Our commitment

Wrong information about PPS number requirements could result in someone making a wasted trip to the DSP office or being denied on the day due to missing documents. We take accuracy seriously and correct errors quickly.

How to report an error

Contact us via the contact page with: the URL of the page, what is incorrect, and a source if you have one (e.g. gov.ie guidance).

How we respond

1. Verify the reported error against official DSP or Revenue sources
2. Correct the page if confirmed
3. Update the "Last updated" date

We aim to correct confirmed errors within 2 business days.
